SAN DIEGO, CA, October 11, 2011 – Component Control, a leading aviation MRO and Logistics business solution provider, announced today that global customer AMETEK Aerospace & Defense has completed the rollout of Quantum Control at two additional MRO units: AEM Limited based in the United Kingdom, and at its Singapore service center located near Singapore Changi Airport. AEM Limited is one of the largest independent overhaul and repair facilities in Europe, providing accessory maintenance services for over 2,000 components from a variety of aircraft systems. AMETEK Singapore is part of the company’s worldwide AOG and 3rd party MRO service units.

Component Control began the initial Quantum rollout in February 2010 at AMETEK’s High Standard Aviation, a Miami-based MRO unit, and at Muirhead Aerospace, a leading MRO services provider based in the UK. AMETEK will continue the Quantum rollout in 2011 and 2012 at multiple locations in France and the United States.
