Officials the aircraft rolled to the left and caught on fire killing the pilot on board. The plane was traveling at about 80 mph and was around 50 feet off the ground when the crash occurred, said the Fullerton Fire Department. The crash was reported before 8 p.m. The pilot was the only person on board, the FAA said.
